Oh this was an amazing buy! It is very high quality, I could tell that opening it from the box. I bought it because the old was was burnt, but with this material, it does not seem like it would burn. I also love the color! Also the noise is loud so you hear it, but not annoying.

I think this a beautiful, stylish, and high quality tea kettle for the price. I can’t speak to durability yet, but I like Circulon. I needed a tea kettle and this is just what I wanted, for the price. I have already used it and like it. It heats up well.Now about the whistle? I don’t know, I don’t have other tea kettles to compare this to. At this price point I am fine with it. But no, the whistle is not loud, it’s pretty quiet. It actually just sounds like a little bit of wind is going outside instead of a whistle or sharper sound. It’s so soft and gentle and quiet. Also this is a larger kettle than I expected and I’m fine with this and the whistle- Circulon is a good quality and all I need is to be able to make tea! If the kettle remains as beautiful as it is now, I will be very happy and have no complaints. A louder, sharper whistle would be nice.

BEAUTIFUL TEAPOT
Beautiful tea pot, I have ZERO complaints and looks great on my new stove! Water boils pretty quick and the size and quality is perfect! It's also very easy to clean and yes it does whistle!

Knob on lid missing disk that covers screw
The round handle knob on the lid of the Circulon teapot is missing the decorative disk that covers the screw. It was definitely an “open box” item due to the condition of the packaging inside the box.
