Returned
I received the order ahead of expected delivery but the cycle seemed to be old stock. Upon assembling, both the disc breaks were out of sync and constantly rubbing the disc. Mechanic did loads of adjustment and then it stopped. But started again after a couple of kilometers ride. Then there was a lot of struggle with gears. Both detailer were messed up. Again struggled to set it right but then gave up and returned within return window! Seller was prompt in picking up the product and initiating refund!

Extraordinary
Cycle was delivered much earlier than the commited date. Packing was top notch. After sales, service was extra ordinary with respect to fitting and other clarifications. On time response. Go ahead without hesitation.

Cycle without seat and defective
It came without a seat and gear was defective. A video call was also done and product was shown to vendor. Returned it back via selfship but am still wait for payment.
