high quality product for great value, hits on all nutrients I need. It is relatively easy to digest although the mint flavor reminds me of Rumple so I might try Citrus next. Clean ingredients and perfect size for a 1 month supply.

Almost done with my 30 day supply. I absolutely love these vitamins. My only hang up is the fishy tasting burps I have after taking them. However, I do appreciate the minty flavor of the pills. Will be ordering again.

I have been using these vitamins since 2024 and have never looked back! They do not have a “fishy” smell like usual multivitamins have that contain Omega. They are easy to swallow as they are small in size. The ingredients are also fantastic!

Almost done with this bottle. The flavor is not to strong but I can taste a minty flavor when swallowing. I feel a renewed energy spurt when I take this vitamin. I look forward to buying another bottle. I can focus better and love how cute the vitamins are with it's gold appearance.

i originally liked this product as a replacement for my multi... kinda gave me tummy issues if i had it in the morning and didnt have a big enough breakfast.. had two bottles i believe and noticed alot of hair growth so maybe thats a positive? ... they store very well... good minty taste unlike other vitamins ... only issue is the tummy ache but thats pretty much a me problem

I recently started taking these, they are amazing. they do have a minty taste and leave a lingering mint taste after a few minutes but it’s not strong. I feel a lot better after taking these, my energy and focus has improved a lot, I definitely recommend these vitamins!

Easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. Had a slight increase in energy and actually caused a minor breakout when I first started taking them.

I really like the vitamins because they’re clean and I feel like I’m getting good health benefits from them. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the minty flavor. It makes them hard to take with anything but water because of the taste. I’d prefer them to have no flavor at all personally.
