I got these since everyone told me how great they were. I was taking woman multivitamins one a day this one is 2a day which is kinda pricey. Unsure how well it works cuz they are vitamins they have A mint pre-taste but I can totally taste the fishiness thru it andMakes me gag since I hate sea food. There is a mint coating on it that hides the flavor well, and as long as you are capable of swallowing pills, you should be fine to get it down before it wears off. The size is comparable to a Tylenol pill.

I like the idea of this product and I liked that it would take longer to dissolve so it usually happened in your lower intestine.... This was dissolving in my stomach within a matter of 30min and then I would spend half the day with that fish, foul sea taste in my mouth. It was so horrible.... I would sometimes get sick. I just can't do it anymore. I have taken Omega3 with fish oil in them and as long as I ate something with it, never had an issue.... With this product, it didn't matter. I tried to stick to it but I just can't handle it anymore. Didn't even make it a week. 😕
