I bought this to add to my hair supplement stack, as both zinc and selenium are meant to support healthy hair growth (especially alongside biotin and collagen). Zinc and selenium are really good for you, particuarly for fertility and general health. These have been great for me and a are small easy to swallow tablets!

Dose exceeds recommended UK amount, however if you are a fit person with no underlying medical issues it should be ok. Packaged well and easy to store as bag is ziplock. Perhaps check with your doctor or pharmacist before buying.
