Assembly from the box was slow and careful using photographs. There are also YouTube videos that are helpful. The mower is great and a very good make. It does the job with ease and the grass box is a practical size. This is the second Mountfield lawn mower we have owned and it is a good one. We also prefer to have a mains cable connected rather than a battery powered one. We also received a very good service and delivery from the company involved - thank you.

Arrived promptly, item is exactly as described. Build instructions are not great so would recommend a you tube video. Easily assembled, very light and easy to use. Beautiful cut on the lawn, it’s never looked so good. Grass box is a good size, we have a large lawn that was overdue for a trim and I only had to empty the box twice. Due to the mower being so lightweight it was easy to clean before putting away in the shed.

Amazon delivered within 2 days (excellent). The C380 mower was lightweight for its size and easy to use. There were a couple of items that could improve the overall package: 1. No package contents list was included. The diagrams (1.1 and 1.2) in the supplied manual were complicated to read but with due care can be interpreted. A larger print and better definition would help. 2. The mains cable was relatively short (with other mowers) and heavy (not very flexible). But overall, after one week, I like the mower very much and look forward to good reliability.

Having had this a while now, I can say that I have had better. The lead is too short and the connector is flimsy. I have that taped in with duct tape now. The collection basket falls off easily and the flap for it blows upwards annoyingly in use. Not the easiest to clean either. Having said that, the blade is robust and doesn't mind the odd twig or stone. There is a range of cutting heights too which helps. Don't expect fine cutting of your grass from this machine. Not happening. Next time, I'm spending the extra and getting a decent cordless!

Bought this for my girlfriend, see romance isn't dead . ! Easy to assemble and operate . Build quality is good ,works efficiently on all cutting levels,acceptable noise level, grass collection is effective too. Overall excellent machine .

The mower cuts the grass well and is lightweight. Assembly is a bit of a pain on account of the small diagrams. There is a round kill socket/ plug underneath the power grip handle and it tends to slip out if knocked. Its more of a niggle than anything else and it is there as protection. Cutting heights are pretty wide ranging allowing you to cut grass which has not been mown for a little while.

Replaced by old mountfield(50 years old). Much lighter and easy to assemble. Cuts well but lacks a roller for those who desire strips on their lawn.

Excellent value and ideal for any small garden. Easy to setup and use, good performance and strongly built.
