Being a Kindergarten teacher, I am around germs all the time. I went this whole school year without getting sick until the last 3 weeks of school. I became sick with a very bad flu and sinus infection. Being that I don't have health insurance (nor do I like the US pharmaceutical industry), I was fighting against going to the doctor, all the while in the back of my mind knowing that sinus infections don't generally go away on their own. So, I was sick for about 7 days and it was Sunday and I was still feeling poopy. I was going to give it one more day of rest and then face going to the doctor on Monday. I went to church in the morning and a friend asked how I was doing. I explained my sickness and described my symptoms. She happened to be a big advocate of essential oils for wellness and said she had something that could help me. She ran home and quickly came back with a week's supply of doTerra OnGuard Softgels that she gifted to me. What a blessing and a life-saver! A couple days later, I could breathe through my nostrils, and the mucous was thinning out so that I could blow my nose. I was finally able to sleep comfortably, and within about 11 days, my sinus infection was gone! Praise God - what a miracle! This was the first time in my life I have ever kicked a sinus infection without going to the doctor! I purchased more OnGuard Softgels to have on hand the next time I get sick.I received an authentic doTerra brand product sealed from the manufacturer.Some friendly advice:There is a slight effect of a reflux with these softgels. When you burp, you can taste the flavors of the oils coming back up. I didn't mind it so much, because I knew it was making me well, and I generally eat a spicy-food diet so it wasn't hugely noticeable. However, the Oregano oil is strong and that I could taste in the burps. My advice is to take the softgel and then eat food immediately to help push it down, and second, I wouldn't recommend taking this just before you lie down.*I am not a doctor and recommend that you consult an expert.*I do not work for or promote doterra. It is wonderful brand

Pricey, but one package lasts a long time. Works well to freshen breath. I’m giving this 4 starts instead of 5 because if they raise the price any higher, I’ll stop buying them.

Always good to have some added help during cold season. These can be added to a load of laundry to combat illnesses and make your clothes smell good. DoTera is an excellent brand.

I swear by this. I have not gotten sick in years because as soon as I feel something coming on, I take two in the morning and two at night.
