Q: What is the shelf life of these?

They are best in the first three or four months. After that they tend to get sticky, although they still taste as good. You can roast them just like regular marshmallows so I usually roast them when they aren't as fresh. But I highly recommend them as a good substitute for refined sugars and the corn syrup in regular marshmallows.

absolutely. they made a mistake. and then i made a mistake buying another listing thinking it was less expensive per ounce and it wasn't. this item is MORE.

I know they are gluten-free at the very least. I'm a super sensitive celiac and I had no issues at all with these. I love them.
