How slowly should we be increasing from 2 to 30 drops? Should we add one more drop every day, every three days, every two weeks...?

My dr gave me a sheet on how much to increase. I am on each herb for 25 doses and until I reached the Max dose, I increased by 1-2 drops a dose. I do twice a day. Then I take 3 doses off in between herbs changing.
