Purchased this item from Amazon U.S from New Zealand. There was small problem with the order and Amazon made it impossible for me to contact them via phone, email or chatbot and a call back to New Zealand wasn't even an option even though the error was Amazon's and the item was dispatched from an Amazon warehouse with the package containing other items I had purchased. I reached out directly to Bushwick Kitchen to explain the issue, receiving an almost immediate response from Sarah (allowing for the time difference between the U.S and New Zealand. Sarah promised a replacement item and confirmed dispatch.The package arrived a week or so later and I was shocked at the generosity of the replacements. The package of straws was replaced with 3 packages, one in the spicy flavor I had ordered along, with a full pack of both the Meyer lemon honey, and salted honey AND a regular size gift set of bottled Bees Knees honey. Exceptional customer service from Sarah and Bushwick Kitchen to correct an Amazon error.The single serve straws are so convenient. The heat from the spicy honey gives a good spicy punch balanced with the sweetness of the honey complimenting the heat but doesn't detract from it. Really delicious and no crystallization. I haven't had a chance to try the other flavors yet and will update my review when I do.

Nothing worse than getting a container of honey in the mail and it’s all goopy and sticky and gross. Had to clean the outside up a lot because it was a gift. Recipient said it tasted good.
