The Instructions on the back state don't wash or tie hair up for 40 mins the official instructions on the website state 3 days ?

I didn’t tie up till I washed it out and left it in for 6 days

How long does it last for? And is managing your hair easy afterwards?

It lasts about 2-3 months for me. I just notice that my hair takes longer to dry when I'm ready to treat it again. After treatment, my hair drys in about 10 minutes! The change is subtle, if you do the treatment right. Once I only left it on for 10 minutes and didn't straighten it fully...it didn't last nearly as long. It's a fantastic home treatment, time consuming to do but definitely worth the effort. I hope this information helps :)

How much hair would this bottle do?

I have shoulder length very thick hair and this barely done it and no more. Had to cut the bottle open to get the very last drops out it for mine so gauge it on how long and thick your hair is.
