This cleanser is great and I don't want to switch from it; I remember seeing someone comment about stock issues when I bought it and hoped it wouldn't be an issue :( I love that this cleanser has minimal ingredients and still works very effectively at keeping my skin clear thanks to the glycolic acid. It's also not too harsh, so I can use it 2x daily. It has a light coconut smell which is pleasant, and it makes my skin feel hydrated and clean after I use it. I follow up with Vit C serum in the mornings and Niacinamide serum + tretinoin in the evenings and this cleanser is the perfect compliment to my routine. My skin is fairly sensitive and I did not even have an adjustment period with this product. Please restock it!

My normal face wash was not being made anymore. So I was looking for something with the same ingredients or close to it, and found this. I’m glad I took a chance to try it! It’s a pretty good face wash! I have super sensitive skin, so it kind of dried my skin out a little at first, but after 2 weeks my face is used to it and it has cleared up my moderate acne pretty good! It’s not a miracle soap, I still have a few bumps here and there, but they aren’t as big/irritated as before and they heal/go away quicker, so this is a keeper in my book and I will continue to use it!

I have used this product for years and love how gentle it is. My skin is sensitive to most things and I’m glad to have found an affordable option I can rely on. The scent is mostly neutral (its natural scent is gone as soon as it is washed off) and doesn’t strip my face of all its oils, which is important to me. I think the creator of this product has respect for the microbiome and simple-yet-effective skincare. Thanks, Create!

I initially loved this cleanser, as it was hydrating and incredibly gentle, whilst still effectively removing the day's grime/sunblock on the skin. It has an odd musty/coconut smell, but I personally didn't find it too offensive. However, I couldn't help but notice my skin becoming darker after continuing to use this cleanser for about a week, despite having no changes to any of my other skincare products. After stopping use, my skin returned to its original shade. Unfortunately, I had to return it because of this reason, despite having no other issues.

This cleanser is amazing. It’s simple, smells like typical aloe Vera smell so there’s barely any fragrance, and it cleanses my face without making it feel tight and dry. but I came back and it’s unavailable now. Hopefully it will be available again soon. This is the only cleanser that works on my skin…

I am happy with this product and will purchase again! I have struggled with adult acne for years and am so glad I discovered this product. I have very sensitive skin and this product works well with my skin (I think I have bacterial acne where certain oils and ingredients were food for the bacteria). I think my skin is sensitive to a lot of ingredients that for many years I thought would be good for it. I really love the simplicity in this formula. It cleans out my pores (literally) and my face feels clean after use (fresh, but not too dry). I am no longer getting deep painful acne. I follow up with other very simple products and in fair disclosure also am taking vitamins daily as well as gave up dairy. This trifecta of new product routine, supplements, and dietary change seems to be working. I am so happy my skin is FINALLY healing.

I have been using this face wash since March of this year. After having a baby my skin has become more sensitive as well as gone from oily to combination. So face washes I would use before such as products with salicylic acid would now dry the crap out of my face . This face wash is the perfect balance. It has enough glycolic acid to exfoliate my skin without destroying my moisture barrier. That 2% of glycolic acid is literally the golden amount because it tackles my blemishes as well as lighten hyperpigmentation. On top of it only having 5 ingredients and no sulfates (ohhh and being fungal acne safe) this has been a dream cleanser . Pleaseee never discontinue this face wash. I buy this in bulk 3–4 at a time because every now and then they sell out and don’t restock for 2-3 months .
