I bought this for my home gym since I set my workout area into a small room. It works well as a preacher station BUT I have short arms and a short torso w/ a kind of power gut so I couldn't properly put it on my lap to use. Solution is easy enough though, I just put it on my flat bench and kneel and it's absolutely perfect. Kind of expensive piece of equipment but if you don't have the space for a preacher station, and that takes up a LOT of space, this will do the trick no problem. Build quality is excellent and the vinyl has some grip to it. The materials used seem pretty high quality and it should hold up as long as you don't abuse it.

Wow way less cheaper, preacher curl bench, great work love the a rock back to squeeze out more reps thanks to video can perform various hammer curls. Love portability, take out to garage, Back Patio with a chair pair a 25-30LB dumbbells get my arm work out in!

Overpriced, but it does a great job. It is a great solution to save some space and it does exactly what it is suppose to do. My 15 year old approves.

I thought the cushion would collapse(squish) under the weight of the EZ curl bar or dumbbells but it works very well. It's a bit awkward to get into position but once you are, this works very well. As you'd expect from a preacher bench. It doesn't take a lot of space to store so it's a great alternative to a preacher bench which wouldn't fit in my gym.

So this is not as good as a preacher bench but if you don't have space for another bench this is a perfectly viable solution. Provides good support. It's a little awkward at first but allows you to achieve a good supported curl. Can't speak to durability/longevity as I've only had it for a month.

This is a $150 block of foam covered in fo leather. With that said, it’s a good space saver and alternative to buying a preacher bench. Hard to justify the price though considering what it is. There are other less expensive renditions of this, doubt the premium here is worth it tbh.

With a small home gym, having a dedicated preacher curl machine takes a large amount of space for a single exercise machine. The Abmat Preacher Pad allows you to do preacher curl exercises at the fraction of the cost of space. I use it with my dumbbells and ez curl bar for my biceps curls. Great addition to your home gym.

Different from a regular preacher curl unless I am missing something.
