I can't find where to enter the air pump. Can someone please advise???? Picture above and instructions do not help. Thank you.

Hi, Please refer to the 3rd picture on the listing. Place the product flat with the green arrows pointing to the left. The slit to insert the pump nozzle into will be on the right hand side just above the white markings. Once you have inserted the nozzle into the slit, it should look exactly like the picture. After that, just start pumping and the sleeves should start inflating. Can this pack a bottle smaller in diameter than a wine bottle?

Hi, Yes, you most definitely can pack a bottle that is smaller in diameter than a wine bottle! Depending on how much smaller the bottle is compared to a standard wine bottle, there might be extra space between the air columns and the bottle. We recommend wrapping something around the bottle to make sure they do not bounce around (as mentioned by the previous customer's answer) and get the full protection of the cushioning sleeves. Can I diflate the bags once they are inflated?

No, once the bags are inflated there is no way to deflate.

Are these self-sealing when inflated? I haven't tried yet but it doesn't seem like they are.

They don't really seal, but when they are inflated they envelope the bottles completely. I have had great success using them
