Yes, it tastes like A1. It's not unpleasant, just... interesting. Overall, this works great. Definite positive changes to digestion, less bloating, and it really helps with GERD! I combined this with milk thistle and marshmallow root tea and my GERD is 99% solved.

Great taste. I feel more energized and promotes some regularity for me as I build up my microbiome. I like that it is a liquid form for a pre-, pro- and post-biotic and that it has all three working synergistically together. It's easy to swallow as well.

I was diagnosed with G.E.R.D many years ago. If you don't know what G.E.R.D is then you are lucky. Gastric Esophageal Reflux Disease is basically Acid reflux on steroids. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I suffered from this and after being diagnosed I had to change my diet. I ate a lot of salad and I had to eat hours before going to bed and I had to cut out pizza and anything that other people just eat because they want to. Try sleeping on this pillow. It's huge! and I woke up with even worse back pain than I normally have! I spent $250 for a pillow I can throw in the trash. Now don't get me wrong I tired it and used it for many months but yep you guessed it. Acid reflux! How am I having this issue still? I'm eating like a rabbit and I'm inclining in my sleep? So I'm desperate because when you wake up with acid reflux. It doesn't go away. You lay back down and it comes back up the second you relax and you might as well say, no sleep for me tonight. At first I was thinking, no way is that possible but in the back of my mind I'm like, what if it does? I looked at the price and I'm thinking well if it works I'm saved if it doesn't I'm out $50. I bought a pillow way more expensive then that so let's give it a shot. I am happy to say it has stopped the acid reflux issues and I sleep on a normal set of pillows. I will be 100% honest I had one bout of acid reflux since taking this. I may have over eaten that night or ate too late or something but in my opinion. This item has cured me and has done better quicker than anything else I have ever tried to rid me of G.E.R.D, I'm not a doctor, I'm not a paid person by the maker of this product. I'm just a guy that had a serious issue and I believe that this product is the cure for my acid reflux / G.E.R.D. It's like an apple cider vinegar ( that's my best comparison as far as what to expect ) when you try it. I have to say it took a few days to get use to it but I take it every morning, first thing, before anything else and I don't chase it or mix it with anything. I want the full effectiveness of it without dilution so I take a shot of it and I wait a few minutes and I start taking my daily vitamins. This product has saved me and I buy it monthly.

I brought my first bottle from GNC first so I'm basing my quality control and experience on that. By the third day of taking this product I felt the detox affected kicking in I felt flu like system and eliminated some foul stuff all good signs. The first bottle was very potent it Fizz pop like a soda every time i open it and smell very funky and darker in brown color. My second bottle I order here on Amazon and it seem like I got a lemon or a diluted batch everything seem lite in smell,taste,color and barely any fizz. I'm still feeling better day by day so I guess it's still working but get on top of that quality control.
