The label says "contains certified organic grain alcohol (70-75%), distilled water & Calendula extractives. Calendula plants are Certified Organically Grown on their farm without chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. The label also says " To assure optimal extraction of Calendula's bioactive compounds, the flowers are hand-harvested, while in full bloom, are carefully shade-dried to retain their full color & aroma, and are then thoroughly extracted. Their Calendula is never fumigated or irradiated."My guess is the alcohol acts as the extractive agent if using a traditional method.

NO. Other than the calendula flower extract of 616mg, the only other ingredients are certified organic cane alcohol and distilled water.
