Sports Research Garcinia Cambogia Extract (60% HCA) with Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil | Non-GMO, Soy & Gluten Free (90 Liquid Softgels)

I've been trying to lose weight for a couple years, and although I was successful at some point, but it doesn't last that long or I just couldn't maintain my weight. Even though if I was working out at the gym almost 5 days a week, my metabolism was so slow that even if I just stop for a week, I would gain 3 to 4 lbs back. Then... I found these products from Sports Research.. Before Sports Research, I've been trying different products (OxyElite, Hydroxycut, Hyper Shred, etc.), but none was safe enough to use as a long term supplement. I go for a check up every 6 months and my doctor would tell me different stuffs about lab results that correlates to whatever supplement I was taking at the time. So far, Sports Research products have not shown any negative effects. So, I've been having success trying to lose weight lately, although it is not as drastic as I want it to be, but the good part is I could now maintain whatever weight I lost. Let us say I've been losing 1.5 lbs a month continuously. But since I am using Sport Research's 3 products, Raspberry Ketones, Garcinia Cambogia, and Green Coffee, I could not tell honestly which one has the best effect. So, I would advice trying all 3 with at least 2 products at one time and then cycle it with the other product after a month, and so forth. So far I first used Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia Cambogia for the first cycle, then on the next cycle I used Green Coffee and Garcinia Cambogia, then on my third cycle I will be using Raspeberry Ketones and Green Coffee. Then repeat. Like I said, If you are expecting a drastic weight loss, then I guess this product is not for you (based on my experience). BUT, if you are a looking for a continuous, sustainable long term weight loss, then I suggest giving all these 3 products a try for at least 6 months. On a bonus side, shipping is quick and had no problems with Sports Research.

I was skeptical about Garcinia Cambrogia as I have used a similar product in the past, but Sports Research has quite the product! It does exactly what it says it will. I take it anywhere from 30-60 minutes before a meal and my appetite is curbed and I eat less. Also between meals I do not have that gnawing feeling in my stomach. Actually I find myself not really thinking about where my next bite will be coming from! I work out very frequently during the week and while I have not seen dramatic weight loss, I believe the inches are gradually coming off as my clothing is looser, and I am fine with that. I have more energy to get through my day as well. All in all, I would say this is a great product and it works!! Thanks Sports Research for 65% HCA Garcinia Camgogia!

Great product but took a long time for the 2nd bottle to come in. If u buy for the first time there's a chance to get a free 2nd bottle if u post a review. I posted one and sent email to them that I did..said they'd send it, it'd been 3 weeks, emailed again and its like they forgot to send it; same thing happened with another pill of this brand..just be aware of that because I'm having to buy a diff brand elsewhere for the time being until the 2nd bottle gets here. On the upside the liquid gels are much better than the powder form I previously took from a different brand. I end up taking less pills a day with this brand #1 its liquid capsule so it'll absorb faster #2 it has added calcium and potassium for better absorption #3 it has coconut oil which wonderfully absorbs naturally in your system and is also extremely healthy for u in many ways #4 it has more (and the highest) HCA, which is the num one ingredient in helping u lose weight #5 it really does Inc your serotonin levels so makes u feel happy and relaxed...only drawback is the pill is pretty big..but that doesn't stop me from continuing to take and buy this specific product ' Get it Try it Be happy

This stuff is amazing! I've taken their other products also. I used to take a Garcinia C from Costco which was very good also but the Co. stopped making it I and have been looking for a good Garcinia C. product since. I finally found it. I trust SR. Look no further. Along with this and diet and NO exercise - lol, I've dropped 28lbs since 11/23 -4/23. Not super fast but I'll take it. It pretty much makes you forget to eat. It really cuts cravings. It even stopped my craving for Pizza which is the culprit for me. Getting ready to order my second bottle. It is really good, not just saying that. Just remember to eat.

Currently im overweight being 330 pound and 6 feet tall. My main problem is the hunger. It's not mentally like some sort of anxiety - impulsive food craving, I believe is true and genuine hunger. Recently a friend of mine bought Garcina Cambogia from another brand and suggest me to try it. Then I began to search in Amazon all the different amount of brand of this product and decide to buy this brand. I always buy in Amazon and my decision are mostly taken by 2 criteria. The first one is the amount of reviews of a product. The second one is the rating of the review. Althought Garcinia Cambogia from Sport Research are not among the most reviewed, the reason I pick this one over other best seller brand was because Sport Research provide a higher concentration of Garcinia Hidroxycitric Acid up to 65%, which I think can abosrb faster and better, been liquid gel capsule with added extra virgin coconut oil and pottasium and calcium as hydroxycitrate. Another reason was because is easier for me to swallow the pill if it is a gel capsule. When the product arrive I started taking 2 pills 30 minutes before meal and I have feel a substantial curb in my appetite which has help me have better control over how much and what I eat. For me the effect of not feeling hungry last for 4 to 5 hour after taking the meal. This help me in 2 ways. The first one is because it make me eat small snacks and not big snacks in between meals without feeling hungry. The second because when it is time for the main meal im more sensitive and aware of how much and what I would eat withouth letting hungry interfere with the healthier choice of food that I could pick.
