I've been struggling with back pain, ligament pain and poor posture in my third trimester, and I finally caved and bought one of these belts. Some reviews have pointed out that it is a bit complicated to put on, but I disagree. There is an instruction sheet that clearly outlines step-by-step how to put the belt on. I was able to get it on in about a minute. It didn't show under my clothes, and was easy to hide.I wore it for a few hours in the evening the first day I got it, and already felt a huge difference in my posture and some of the pain I was feeling near my pelvis.I wore it for a full work day the next day, and the difference was night and day. My posture was better, and I was able to sit, stand, and adjust my position easily throughout the day. I had minimal soreness and discomfort in my pelvis the entire day, and I also found that it helped lift my baby off my bladder and keep them in a more comfortable position!I'm really happy I went with this option over some of the more expensive options out there. It helped me feel more comfortable and gave me the support I needed where I needed it.

I received this in the mail yesterday. Upon first impression I love how versatile it is with the 3 different adjustment pieces for different trimesters. I wore it for a couple hours yesterday and had very little trouble putting it on. So far the only complaint I have is that the back seems to buckle over itself due to the fabric design and cause a raised ridge that shows through the over clothing. Doesn’t cause any discomfort or is noticeable when wearing just visually noticeable from the back. Will update review in a few days.It has been a few weeks and I love this thing. Same complaints but this has been a back saver or should I say rib saver. I’m currently 31 weeks and this helps take the weight not off but helps distribute it. If I don’t have some support on my belly stomach gets tight and my back and ribs hurt at the end of the day.
