I love these! Taste is great. I take 2 before dinner. These are softer than the Hair ones that I have and love also. I know I don’t get all my necessary greens so these are a great stable to add to my lifestyle and very easy to take daily. Not to mention they are 1/2 the cost of some others out there on the market so I am happy about that 😊.

The chews taste good but they stick to my denture, making them difficult to chew. I will be getting the capsules from now on. I haven't been using them long enough to notice any changes in my physical status.

I've been using these pretty regularly for the past year and for the first time in over 20 years, my cholesterol is in normal range, I've lost a little weight (I've always been thin), and have less stomach issues.

Taste good. Only been on them for a week. Do fart like no ones business. Like massive farts. No stomach discomfort though, just a whole lotta farts. But it does say you can experience it for a week. Is a nice fiber boost as well.
