Edit 19/9/2023: after receiving my 3rd order of this product, I’ve noticed some change. The cocoa powder has a soapy flavor to it in milk. And when you bake something with it that has baking soda, it also has a soda like soapy taste. My recipes include baking soda plus some vinegar for rising but this coco powder still gives an awful unedible taste to the baked good. And if I use normal Cadbury coco in them, they taste great. Recently I’ve noticed it gives a soapy soda like taste in milk as well. I think they are overdoing the Dutch processing. I might not buy this again. This cocoa powder works in brownies without any baking soda or powder, and gives an OK taste. Not too superior. This is why I’ve reduced it by 1 star ⭐️ Old review: After I received this product, I found out it has only 10g of cocoa butter per 100grams which was kinda disappointing but today I tried it in my milk tea 2tsps and the chocolate flavour was really high. It tastes like bournville 50% along with 2tsps of sugar. I used to enjoy Cadbury cocoa powder and this gives a more intense chocolate taste than that with lesser amount. I would say 1tsp of this is enough per cup of milk if someone wants a basic chocolate flavour and not super dark. I wasn’t expecting this strange Christopher named brand to actually deliver this well so I’m pleasantly surprised. It would be wonderful if they come out with 20+gram of high cocoa butter cocoa powders cos they don’t exist a lot in Indian market. Overall I would say this is worth a shot, you can go for it without worrying about wasting ur money. Hopefully the brand maintains consistency ✨💝 UPDATE AFTER 1 WEEK USE I usually an able to fully dissolve my cocoa powders, like Cadbury ones I used earlier, but with this cocoa I’ve noticed that it settles at the bottle much faster and tastes a bit extra effort to dissolve. Some people might find that annoying but considering the delish chocolate flavour this gives I think I can look past. However, this is my first ever Dutch processed cocoa so I am certainly a newbie to this.✨
