Thee cutting pilers(unexplainable defect)and the folding pilers(weak)

THE ROLLING PLIERS are good but they are really weak u cant fold 16 gauge wire instead of rooling the wire it tends to fall weak and fragile not capable of folding thicker wire only for 20 and above gauge , and theCUTTING PLIERS : it gets stuck , idk im not able to explain the the pliers keep getting stuck , also i have other cutting pliers they are good but these are defective.
