I love these gummies! I've been trying to find healthy supplements to take and was searching around Amazon and stumbled upon these. There is a long, impressive list of greens, vegetables, mushrooms (there's some Lions Mane in here!) included in these. These gummies are loaded with healthy stuff. This makes getting a GOOD serving of vegetables really easy! I feel generally "better" after taking these. No noticeable changes or anything, but just a general sense of being healthier. I absolutely love these, and will continue to keep buying them monthly. They're a fantastic addition to my small health supplement stack. As weird as it sounds, I look forward to taking them every day! Taste wise, they are a bit "earthy" at first, but that's expected as its all greens. There's a "raspberry" flavor to them, but to me they just kinda taste a bit sweet, earthy, and "unique". They don't taste good or bad, I'm neutral on them, but I wasn't expecting them to taste great in the first place. It's way better than taking a bunch of powder that's for sure. I was not a fan of the taste for these superfood gummies. I can't speak for the effectiveness since I only lasted the first day but I couldn't stomach them unfortunately.
