Does it help with running or just cycling?

I would say that it helps more for cycling, just because cyclists usually work out for longer periods of time. I am a 60 year old mountain biker and if I riding or racing for more than 2 hours, Sportslegs or something to prevent cramps is a must. I get leg cramps and cramps in my hands especially when it is hot and I am sweating. You will be surprised how quickly they work. I keep a baggy with about 10 capsules tucked under my bike shorts. When things go south you can take one every 20 minutes or so.
