I’m a fellow baker and have to say that I’m so impressed by this book. Sasha is so creative with her recipe ideas and I can’t wait to try out these lovely bakes! So pleasant to read and look through the beautiful cakes and desserts in here! Well done :)

Her book is well written and the pictures are beautiful! It contains easy to bake recipes, and there are some others true to her heritage which I enjoy. Definitely recommend!

This was purchased as a requested Christmas gift, so I don't really know. I'm sure she is having a blast with it.

I love the title of this book because it is the perfect way to sum up how you feel after going through the beautiful pages of Sasha's cookbook. There are so many things to appreciate, from the wonderful photography to the authentic family recipes that Sasha divulges with the reader. As an intermediate baker, I learned so many new tricks in the form of tidbits of information that Sasha leaves throughout the book. For instance, she reminds you that there are steps to do the night before making macarons so that you can ensure quality shells. I can't wait to try out all of the recipes, including the peach cookies which are one of her signature recipes and the honey cake as well. So far, I have tried the condensed milk buttercream which tastes so wonderful and I can't wait to use it on future desserts! You will definitely be inspired by all of her wonderful creations and before you know it you will be baking away in the kitchen!

I have been following Sasha for so many years and was always amazed by her talent and creativity both with flavor and design so when she announced she is publishing a book, I immediately ordered two copies one for myself and one for my mom. I was astonished when I opened the book and saw all the amazing recipes she had shared. She was so generous and shared everything including her cake recipes, macarons. I have tried her reuse macaron recipe and it is such a life saver for my bakery business. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to bake regardless of their baking skills. I am so excited about trying some of the recipes inside including the honey cake and honey cupcakes and the peach shaped cookies which look so delicous.

Sasha was one of the first pastry chefs that I started to follow and since then I have not stopped learning and enjoying each new recipe of hers. Sasha is a perfectionist, detail-oriented, she doesn't publish anything just because, to cover the file: Each recipe is tested, rehearsed to perfection, clearly explained and with tricks of pure common sense (But that most of us would not think of) to push you to that any recipe turns out not well, but perfect, and that you become passionate and create magic in pastry confectionery as she propose in the title. That's how she is, that's how her profile is on her social networks and that's how her book is: Direct, immediate, sincere, generous, simple but spectacular. Congratulations Sasha for a wonderful book that has been installed forever at the top of my head books! Readers who are looking for a book with which to start baking, look no further, you have found it. And for those of you who already have a few hours of flight in this, this is also your book. With it we will learn or improve depending on our level, but we all need it to live, believe me!

The most outstanding baking book I have tried in years. I’ve been baking for 45 years and this book is truly magic! The fluffy vanilla cake is now my go to for weddings and I love that Sasha has shared so many bakes from her family and her own traditions.
