I cannot handle wearing shoes with my arthritic feet from standing over my disabled son’s hospital bed for 43 years. I have to wear slipper socks around the house, pretty much every single day. I started sliding these inserts down into the bottom of my slipper socks, and they are fantastic With support and comfort for the soles of my feet! I recently slipped a second pair on top of the first and it’s working great with even more softness and protection. I highly recommend these! I am glad they are not memory foam that loses its supports so quickly.

LTOHOE Memory Foam Insoles for Women are just what I needed. I bough them for sandals which havewedge around the heel which is uncomfortable. Even Clarks lately make back of sandals with such unnecessary raised edge. Bought size 6 insole for 7M sandals. fits just right, I just have to get double sided scotch tape to secure heel in sandals. That wouldn't be an issue with full shoes or snickers.Important: sandals have to have top Velcro adjustment to accommodate insole.

When I squeeze these insoles they do-not bounce back slow like memory foam but instead bounce back really fast like some other kind of foam. I bought the mens black 6mm size 11. They are very thick like 1/4 inches thick. I wasn't able to put them in my winter boots with any existing insole; And on their own they take up more room in my winter boots than my two previous thick insoles but I don't mind because I wanted more comfort and these do feel more comfortable; And I like that they are not like the typical memory foam I am using to [Where you press on it and it slowly bounces back]; This insole supports the foot better I believe because the foam material bounces back instantly so that support is there when your foot steps down again. I haven't taking my winter boots on a nature walk yet; I am concerned my feet will be too tight with these insoles but I do like these insoles because they are thick and comfortable. I didn't see anywhere on the insole or packaging where it says if they are 6mm or 8mm because I thought maybe they sent me the 8mm instead of the 6mm because these are really thick [I measured them just now and they are 1/4 inches thick or maybe just 1/16 of an inch less than that]. They are thick and will take up lots of space in your shoes/boots but they are comfortable; Not sure how long they will last or feel on my long nature walks; Still have to test them out. But I do recommend them especially for how thick they are, how comfortable they are [like expensive shoes], and how low in price they are. I gave it a 4 star because it may not actually be memory foam because to my knowledge all memory foam bounces back slowly [I've squeezed memory foam insoles at Walmart and they all bounced back slowly]; However these insoles bounce back immediately like it's not even memory foam; But whatever foam they are made out of it is very comfortable and has more support than memory foam that bounces back slowly.

Love using these! They help so much for my feet since I’m required to wear anti slip shoes (most of the times crocs). They’re easy to clean and are quite durable.

Don't get me wrong, these feel great once you get your foot seated. However, getting your feet seated is a major hassle. The covering of these insoles is basically Velcro when it comes into contact with your socks. They grip your sock at the toe the minute it hits the surface then pulls your socks back so uncomfortably that you cannot continue without a lot of adjustments. Most times, I end up with a roll of sock under the arch of my foot... which is not conducive to a good hike. Then you have to take the boots off! The whole insole comes right back out with your foot because it is basically Velcro'd onto your sock.Perhaps with shoes, this might not be such a big problem. But with hiking boots, they suck.

I'm so glad I discovered these memory foam shoe insoles! I was on the verge of getting rid of my favorite shoes because the soles were broken apart and causing discomfort with every step. my old NewBalance white dad sneakers still have good life left in them (used as a working shoe for working in backyard and stepping through grass etc.) but the inner sole on them was just paper thin and worn out. Bought these in size 11 and it fit perfectly, basically added a new life to these old (favorite) work shoes.

I was looking for some type of inner sole to put inside my new rubber boots to work in the yard because the original inner soles don't really have much to them but these definitely help and add comfort to your shoes and in my case rubber boots to work in my yard to help keep the stickers away and these are solid, I think they're a little bit expensive but they're actually much cheaper than other inner soles but I think all these inner soles are over priced but I still think these are worth the $10 that I paid but there's other ones that are triple or quadruple the price which is insane and maybe they're better but you could buy 1 or 2 pairs of entire shoes for the price of some of these inner soles but I would definitely recommend these and I just think that the price point for all these inner soles should be less but these were definitely worth the 10 bucks that I paid for them still to help me work in my yard longer with more comfort!

I ordered a size 8 for my sketchers as the memory foam inside had worn. These insoles are asolutely perfect. Not cutting to size needed. Machine washable and extremely comfortable. I high recommend!!
