I realize this is an old question, but for those researching the product currently, I was told by a reliable source to use 1 ml per 5-10 gallons. It is highly concentrated. Not to say the other answer is "wrong", as this is basically inoculating the root zone in dwc--everyone's situation is unique. individual circumstances and environmental conditions are going to play a factor in how much one should use.

Has anyone used this on zinnias? Battling powdery mildew.

It is quite efective on powdery mildew, it is however best applied prophylactically because it's a micro organism and needs time to colonize the plant. If the mildew is already established you should treat it with Daconil first to get better control
