Disappointing support.
I hate giving one star, but ASUS forced me into it. Bought this with an AMD A10 7850k, Kingston 8g Fury HyperX DIMM, SSD. Booted and worked great for 1 week, running Linux Mint from a USB. Finally got the SSD partitioned and Mint installed, rebooted to no video signal. Tried different things, unplugged everything, went back to bench test, nothing helped. Finally called ASUS support. The person I talked to told me my ram was incompatible - and specifically the model I bought. I should replace with something from their Qualified Vendors List. So I ordered some Cosair RAM, straight from their list, and got the same black screen. Ironically, the RAM incompatibility light now lit up at power on. Pressing the "RAM OK!" button got me to the BIOS intro screen. This screen forces you to go into setup, so I hit F1. Back to no video signal. Repeated this bit of fun for several minutes. Called support again, after much back and forth I was told the BIOS chip was bad, and I could buy a replacement for about $15. I told him if the chip was bad on a board I bought 10 days ago they should send me a free one. He said the serial number indicated the board was 3 months old, and out of ASUS's warranty period. He very amiably suggested I send the board back to Amazon. I will, and I've already ordered a replacement made by Gigabyte.I have had many ASUS items, and have considered them of good quality. I am not at all impressed with their support. To be fair, the support techs I talked to were all friendly, but they seemed to be guessing. There were 2 other calls where they gave me busy work (swapping the ram into different slots, bench testing the board- again). I don't necessarily fault the techs, they are probably under-trained. The best options they offered were to pay to replace a piece of the board that I just bought, or just go bother the retailer. That's just no good. The board being busted is no big deal, it happens. It's the ensuing shrug from the manufacturer that tears it.

Top Quality, Full Featured motherboard. Fastest Win 7 boot times i have seen.
This is the nicest MicroATX Motherboard i have ever set up. ASUS UEFI motherboards are always a breeze, and this is no different. In fact, it seems they have made a few positive tweaks to the layout of some options in the advanced menu compared to my 2012-2013 ASUS motherboards. The Compatibility Support Module is also improved over previous ASUS boards. With some tweaking to its settings (like disabling the archaic PS/2 ports during boot, and forcing UEFI to take priority on all devices) I am able to get to a Fresh Windows 7 desktop in ~5 seconds after post! Excuse the lack of technicality in this particular point, but the momentary lag between when the windows boot logo stops animating and the desktop appears (experienced on many systems) is eliminated completely.A few other good points Abundance of SATA ports True support for PCI Express 3.0 on AMD High durability construction with a good warranty. Here's what i paired this board with:AMD Kaveri 7850 CPUKingston v300 240gb SSDWindows 7 ultimate 64-bitAs a note my board shipped with the first BIOS revision, which does not officially support the Kaveri CPU's yet. I was still able to boot with the unsupported CPU no issues and update to the latest BIOS which DOES support my CPU.

really fast and easy to build computer this is the way to go
This was my third ASUS motherboard build and by far the easiest, Bios came right up with the AMD A10 7850K Processor. Be careful when tiring to over clock the CPU. I over did it once too much and had to reset the CMOS jumper. The instructions for using the advanced BIOS settings and using the AL Suite 3 software are a bit confusing. But if you want an inexpensive, really fast and easy to build computer this is the way to go. My 3D graphics are amazing when using the HDMI interface and streaming video pops right up and never slows down.

Here comes the Boom!
Has more PCI options than I expected, and came with sata cables. This motherboard does not have WiFi, but has Ethernet. I doesn't have Bluetooth either. It has 8 sata ports that are all 6gbs/sata 3 compatible. It has an FM2+ socket. It only has 1 usb3.0 header but comes with 2 usb3.0 ports built in. Has the speaker port for the boot up sounds. It does not have a floppy header, so don't buy if you have to have that feature.Overall, a very good purchase on my part. trying to make a lot of my parts in my build asus and amd brand. It will take a while but it will be so exciting to boot it up for the first time! My first build!

Stable option for HTPC
A nice option for MicroATX AMD based mobo. I used this to create a HTPC to drive my theater after retiring my older HTPC. This provided a nice small form factor with an A10 series AMD CPU/APU.Knocked off 1 star because the first few boots the system had an issue identifying the scale of my projector, thinking it was a 4K projector. Which made it impossible to configure the BIOS or install an OS.Provides a very stable platform. I tend to leave my HTPC running, so it stays on for days without issue.

A88xm-plus CSM
Asus Micro A88xm-plus/csm performs like a champ.I love this board for casual everyday use and some solid gaming performance. My Frames Per Second in games like Mech Warrior Online & Heros & Generals stays at around 30-44.Currently have it paired with an AMD A10 7860k @ 4.5Ghz and a dgpu R7 240 from Gigabyte @ 900core /800mem and some 4gigs ram from Ripjaws rated at 1600. (Had to disable igpu cuz of throttling issues from 65W TDP.) Using an old Am3+ heatsink V1 rocket i think.. from Thermatake, keeps my temps idle at 31 and load at around 48 with 1.39 Vcore.

Much better than expected! And I expect a lot from Asus.
Amazing compact board, has legacy ports also! Serial, Parallel, PS2 mouse and keyboard, and a PCI slot along with all the new high speed stuff. This board does it all, and it does it fast.Very nice GUI bios setup interface, easy to use and plenty of settings options. Nice APU and GPU over clocking options.Rediculous amount of SATA 6 sockets, cool to never worry about running out during build out or later upgrades.I used this board to build an over powered HTPC running Kodi media center. Paired with extra fast RAM, SSD drive, and an AMD A10 6800 or better APU, and you have a low cost rocket.

Good all rounder.
Bought this for a mini pc build, and I think I made the right choice. It has everything I needed, from 4 dimm slots that runs upto 2133mhz ram, 2 pci slot to run crossfire if needed. I have it running a A10 7860k with a r7 250x graphics card in dual graphics mode. Which wasn't easy to do and get running properly, but got there in the end. It has 7 sata 3 ports which is more than enough. The only small gripe is the amount of fan headers, there is only 2 not including the cpu header. I have a 240mm liquid cooler so there is all them gone. No intake or exhaust options, so it's either a fan hub or some splitters. The addition of a gpu boost switch is good, allows an instant 30% gpu boost. The uefi bios is simple and straightforward if your into tweaking. All in all a good board with lots of quality features that you'd expect from Asus.If anyone would like to let me review stuff for them. Like I see a lot of people do on here, then I would give a very unbiased, very honest and in depth review.UPDATE : 2/6/2016I had this board running a A10 7860k with r7 250x which after a lot of messing about. Finally got running in dual graphics mode, so I thought! After a good few hours running benchmarks found that it was just running on the gpu alone. This is because the chip and the gpu weren't truly compatible. Since then I have done a lot of research and reading and found the right gpu that goes with the chip. Which is the r7 260x, now got it running super smooth. AMD should publish a list of compatible GPU's for their apu's.Any how, all is well now, and the motherboard is brilliant, loads of overclocking features. Great connectivity (apart from the lack of fan headers). So if your in the market for mini atx board to run an APU, then I would give this one some serious consideration.

The media could not be loaded. Great Motherboard I stuck in a (AMD A6-6400k (3.9Ghz) FM2) processor from CEX(£15) and 12GB of DDR3 RAM and threw the lot in a CiT Midi Mesh Gaming Case (with 4 fans)(Green) with a Aerocool Integrator 600W Power Supply and an Arctic Freezer 7 CPU Fan(all from amazon) - now I have enough PC Power to travel back in time :) well almost :) Great board easy to install(comes with screws and feet) and good BIOS GUI, good price reputable amazon seller 5 StarBuild Hint: The case card reader plugs into a USB port on the motherboard ;) Remember to install CPU Fan the right way round for ur case CiT Midi Mesh Gaming Case with 4 Fans, 3 Green LED and Card Reader - Vantage Green/Black Aerocool Integrator 600 W 12 cm Power Supply Unit - Black ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 - 150 Watt Multicompatible Low Noise CPU Cooler for AMD and Intel SocketsCiT Midi Mesh Gaming Case with 4 Fans, 3 Green LED and Card Reader - Vantage Green/BlackAerocool Integrator 600 W 12 cm Power Supply Unit - BlackARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 - 150 Watt Multicompatible Low Noise CPU Cooler for AMD and Intel Sockets

Brilliant
Having had this motherboard for over a year now. I felt it was time give my own review. This is a brilliant motherboard. I first installed it into a smallM-ATX case. It has brilliant support for the processor I use (Athlon 860k) and has handled the overclocking to 4.5Ghz @1.512 volts. I have installed a cooler master water cooler and I can say that this board does not get hot at all. It supports 3 fans (1 CPU and 2 Intake/Outake). The Asus AI Suite is one of the only programs that can read the CPU temp somewhat accurately and has 4 RAM slots for a maximum of 64 GB supported. There are more SATA III connects than you can shake a stick at ( I have 4 Hard drives 1 SSD and an optical drive Installed). The BIOS has this easy mode that loads by default. But this can easily be changed to the more advanced mode for the Overclocking that you may want to do. This has PCI-E slots so anything from 2012 to the present day. Overall I am very pleased with this product and would defiantly recommend this motherboard and ASUS to my friends!
