We love these galt craft sets. Instructions are great, simple set out that older children can do independently. Has kept my little one very busy! Perfect for animal lovers.

My grandson likes nothing more at the moment than sitting down with his mum and making things or colouring in so when I saw this it looked ideal.On opening, this box is packed with many different items that will help a youngster learn to make and build items in several different mediums.Included are sheets of stickers, cutouts, water colours, glue, brushes, coloured paper, scotch paper, a note pad, plaster of paris with sea shell moulds and some small tools. Along with all of these mediums is a simple to follow instruction set to get a young child of any ability started.My grandson saw this today and opened it up, straight away he had the biggest smile on his face and couldn't wait to get started on a creation or two. I had to keep it simple for today with just a bit of painting but at the weekend his fairly artistic mum will be helping him to use much more of the contents.I have removed one star only because the way some of the items are packed in the box leaves them loose and could fall out in transit as they did with me, luckily they were in the outer packaging so nothing was lost.A great assortment put together at a fair price.Recommended.

The Summer has not been one to recommend in terms of the sunshine, but we love an indoor craft. Galt have loads of kits that are ideal for a wet Wednesday with the kids or looking after someone else's for a couple of hours. This 'Ocean Crafts' set has loads of fun activities to try out and all for a reasonable price.Rather than get just one craft to try out you get several from simple popping out and sticking, to some messy play including making a balloon fish and using the provided plaster to make your own seashells. If that sounds messy then it is, so make sure you have a clear table and supervision. There is enough in this pack to last more than one session and in several cases, you will have to, as the first stage requires time to dry. One of Galt's most fun sets.

There's lots crammed into this craft set. Sneaky bit of education too! The instructions are all you need to get some pretty good (if not quite as pictured) results. Our four, eight and ten year olds really like this ocean themed set. A great one to have on standby for a holiday time filler as all you need is there really. Adult guidance is needed even with the older child just to avoid wasting the carefully included resources by mistake. The space set is worth a look too. Highly recommended.

A great activity pack that my neice loved doing. The origami boats and building a model fish were her favourites, but there are plenty of other things her to keep small children occupied. There are also a couple of activities that they can do on their own, while others will need the help of an adult.
