Great microwave. Removed a convection microwave that weighed as much as a car. Installed this one without needing medical help (It's much lighter). Very happy with the installation and the functionality.

Love the microwave, matches all my stainless steel appliances. The only complaint that I have.....the box was inside a larger box and the corner of the inner box was clearly showing it had been dropped. When I opened the inner box, the upper corner of the microwave was damaged. Since it was the back corner, we installed it anyway and use it and doesn't seem to have damaged it so that it doesn't work. Other then them hiding the damage during shipping, I love this item.

It's in and it works. One of the mounting holes in the top stripped while screwing it in so it didn't pull all the way up on one side, so I believe it was a defect of my individual product and not all of them. Seems to be working well. A little noisier than my last microwave but still not bad.

So far works great and simple. It installed using the old microwave wall mount rack. The exterior venting did not match up with old microwave. Looks good and noise level is ready same as previous.

Quality and style is a yes!

I bought this thinking it was the same as my old GE microwave, wrong. As a senior I suggest not buying heavy appliances online . Big box stores are easier for big returned items. Too big and heavy. Had help to install from visiting family. Decided I couldn’t stand the noise , over 60 dcbls , now no one to help me remove the stove , the microwave for return, and package up to ship. My compliments to Bodewell the GE warranty people and service tech that made house call, also to seller for efforts to return, I’m just not up to it. One star to GE for tricking buyers into thinking the new one is the same. Clock light too bright, very loud, mesh filters loose in holders. New bracket doesn’t line up with studs. A complete nightmare. I wouldn’t rebuy or recommend. For Amazon I couldn’t understand the rep half the time but assume he contacted seller. People in customer service need to speak clear English at least in the US returns. This microwave has a large transformer which are louder. Good microwaves have a small transformer with a fan. Good luck if you are a senior and buy this one.

Ok, so this is the sort of thing you buy because your old one goes out. We got one the same size, same looks, and so it fit in our kitchen perfectly. It has, I must say, taken a bit getting used to how to use it, but I'm sure in time it'll feel like second nature.
