These have good macros for a meal replacement if you’re bulking, but they are super hard and dense as a result. Not very pleasurable to eat but good for gains

Glad I bought this. Quality is good and it does exactly what I need. Would be perfect if it was a bit lighter.

So the flavor of this bar is delicious it tastes like fruity pebbles. It IS a little sweet (has 23g of sugar) I feel like I’d need to be in the mood to eat it and 550mg of sodium. The 30g of protein is great. 380 calories per bar. Decently filling for me at least. Makes me quite parched so drink water when you have it.

You can definitely taste the amount of protein in these bars. It kept getting stuck in my teeth.

Fruity Cereal has got to be one of the worst flavors. MEX-RX bars in general used to be less expensive and much higher quality, but as time goes on, they just seem to taste worse and worse. The consistency is often irregular as well. Some are soft and soggy, others are crisp and crunchy. Hit or miss, and the price isn't really better than any competitor. These used to be a stable for my lunch at work each day, but I've been searching for other options.
