Greatly cut down on splatters and easy to clean
Greatly cut down on splatters and easy to clean. You will still have some splattering when the cover is removed to turn the food. I love the built in stand, that is designed to face AWAY from the pan, and used to stand the cover on the counter without causing a mess. I see some folks that have posted pictures are using this with the stand inside the pan, defeating its purpose.

Good splatter guard
Does its job pretty well. I had an old splatter screen which didn't do a great job but it was better than nothing. This one works 10X better. There's still grease splatter but no where near what I used to have. It's big enough to cover all of my fryer pans or pots.

This is not a two layer screen.
The screen is a single layer, finer than most and it does have some texturing to aid in blocking oil and grease splatter but it is not as advertized.

the only one i need
The best spatter guard i've ever used.Has little feet so you can set it right on the counter after removing it from a pan. The double layered grate is works well! when oil or butter is trying to fly everywhere, almost none of it hits the stovetop (maybe teeny spray but thats very easy to clean) and literally none hits me. Thankfully this can go in the dishwasher!

Not As Effective As Advertised
In spite of its advertising, this splatter screen does not prevent splattered grease from getting through the mesh and onto the cooking surface. And I was so hopeful...

Heavy duty splatter screen
I think this screen is great quality and well made, but the downfall for me is the screen is so thick that I cannot see what is in the pan. Although this helps with the splattering, I have overcooked because I cannot see the progress....I guess I need more of a visual on my bacon.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
It's a mess to clean up around the stove, or my induction top when grease splatters all over the place. While this is a tad oversized for what I needed, it does a perfect job for what I need it for. Little to no clean up after using this guard. The grease stays where it belongs - in the skillet.

I really like this splatter screen
I really like this splatter screen. What makes it different is it's sturdiness with the additional support "V" in the back, also has a bend in them so the screen doesn't lay flat on the counter. Smaller screening so that oil can't splash through.
