DELICIOUS
I knew that I loved parsley and cilantro and garlic, so I bought these bottles. I absolutely love the taste. I was so worried that it would be very bottle type not fresh… I was wrong so wrong. I highly recommend this delicious sauce on anything you want. Today I even put it on my eggs… I love it.

Taste is different
I ordered this in hopes to add flavor and have a great taste. However it does not taste good.

Just ok.
The flavor was a bit off and had an after taste that was not pleasant. I didn't expect it to taste as good as fresh chimichurri but this had almost a chemical after taste.

Makes a nice marinade, but doesn't taste like the chimichurri I know
I love chimichurri sauce on grilled steak and chicken, so I was eager to try Gaucho Ranch brand chimichurri sauce. The sauce itself, once the bottle is shaken well, pours nice and thick like a good, herby chimichurri. However, the flavor just didn't compare to my homemade chimichurri or any other chimichurri sauce I've had at restaurants in the US or in South America. The ingredients are all there on the label, but the flavors seemed out of balance; to my palate at least, the mint overpowered the other herbs, and the garlic was barely noticeable. Not an unpleasant flavor mind you, just not the flavor profile I expect from chimichurri.Nevertheless, it proved to make a nice marinade for chicken tenders I let sit in the sauce for a couple hours then pan-fried without any additional oil. Made otherwise plain chicken breast strips quite tasty. My husband really enjoyed it too, although he also expressed surprise when I told him that it was supposed to be chimichurri. We will continue to enjoy this sauce as a marinade, but next time we want true chimichurri, I guess I'm just going to have to buck up and make it myself.

Gaucho Chimichurri Sauce Is Horrible.
I just finished my packages of Kevin's Cilantro Lime sauce which was excellent. I thought I would try the Gaucho brand and it taste like 95% vinegar. It is so terrible I will have to just throw it out since there are no refunds on most food products. Fair warning!
