These work for me. I went for a medium, my wrist is just under 7". They do smell a bit but I actually like the smell, like burnt rubber. it does go away after a few uses. I have painful forearms and these enable me to keep doing pulling exercises. Easier to use than conventional straps. They look well made, no regrets.

Fantastic alternative to canvas/cloth straps - easier to manage the 2nd hand and neutral grips
I've used these for over a year now and really like them a lot. They take a minute to get used to - they're basically very thick rubber tabs that wrap under the bar and into the natural curl of the hand - but once you've figured out the basic mechanics, they're a lot easier than traditional cloth/canvas straps, which take more work to get lined up and for me were especially tricky for the 2nd hand without a free hand to help. These are meant to be one-handed, and the size and shape of the rubber part ensures that the part of the palm where the fingers connect is protected from even the roughest gnurling. I still get some callousing there because I don't use these for much other than deadlifts so I still get lots of bare-hand bar time but it's a lot better than it used to be. After heavy deadlifts there is minor temporary petechiae at and around the base of the thumb where the pressure/load is greatest. No pain and it seems to fade quickly. Seem very durable - there are wear marks on the rubber and some aging for the canvas/cloth parts, but no visible disintegration or cloth wear-through or unraveling seams. They will leave everything in your gym bag smelling like rubber especially when they're new or it's hot. I don't love that but it's an acceptable trade-off for me.

Absolutely Insane!!!
I have been training for a good while now and I am now getting to the point where my grip and forearms can't keep up with my back workouts. Bought these because of the reviews and the hype and I'll tell you I am not disappointed one bit! They are so comfortable and the grip is so secure when I lift. There is next to no stretch. I went from deadlifting 80kg to 120kg straight away because of these. I cannot recommend these enough to anyone, beginner or even a pro. These grips are beyond excellent. Let's level up!

Great fit, durability, quality, at a fair price
We are using these to save our grip strength when working on an overhead bar. The difference was very good and noticeable, allowing me to focus on form and the targeted muscle groups, not a failing grip. Very durable, well-made, and fairly priced.
