Completely satisfied.
We used these on our new hazelnut shrubs and several small shrubby trees. We’re in a drought and they save water and time. Now we don’t have to remember to switch the hoses around and we don’t forget to turn off the water.

Good for small and new trees
These bags are great. I have the stand up ones and love those. However I have a few smaller trees that may break if the stand up tree gators fall over. These work perfect for them!

Helpful and require some adjustments
We've had the large TreeGators and were very pleased. We bought holly trees that didn't have enough visible trunk so we bought the junior size. They are doing a good job. It gets a little tricky filling them (so you don't spray yourself), and takes adjustments to get them to fully empty. We are still glad we have them.

Not easy to use
These TreeGator bags are for you only if you are desperate. I got them to make it easy to slow-water some small trees. You need to put TreeGator bags on flat ground only. You have to hold up one end of the bag while you fill it so that all the water doesn't run out; please pull up a chair and have a seat while you wait. You need a small hose nozzle with a shut off that you can push into the opening of the TreeGator bag so that you don't have to hold the hose end in the bag while it is filling with water; you can just focus on holding up the bag so that the water doesn't spill out. When you need to turn the water off, since the spigot is not anywhere near you, and you don't want the hose spraying water while it dances around the yard--this is why you need a hose nozzle with a shut-off. You shut off the hose and then you can try to plug up the TreeGator bag so you can go turn the water off. Note: the stopper plug doesn't always easily go in/come out. The bag has two drip tubes; each is centered on the bottom between the edges of the ring. All the water doesn't drip out. it is difficult to empty the excess water because it gets trapped at the end where the stopper hole is when you to try to drain it out.Like I said, only if you are desperate.

Saved my trees
Great product.. only have to drag out the hose twice a week instead of every night.

Work great
These are great for the 4 new trees I planted this year. Had to create a way to fill without direct water. I would recommend these the keep new trees watered.

these are great
These fit perfectly under my newly planted baby blue spruces and around my newly planted multi-trunk river birches. It takes about 5 min to fill each one from my hose. 6-8 hours later, they are empty. So glad I found these since I was only aware of the tall tree bags which would not work for me.

Too expensive for what they are.
Much too expensive for what they are but we were willing to pay it to keep some trees alive ... Luckily I figured out a better way to water the transplanted trees using a drip system by "dig" irrigation. It was cheaper and Waters them automatically as opposed to having to fill them up twice a week.
