14 Day Sanctuary Candle (count of candle = 9)

I was looking for a candle to keep a Bethlehem Peace Light going after Christmas and these were the longest lasting I could find. So far they have performed well. Initially they did not burn well and left wax on the plastic. The case will include a note from the manufacturer that for best performance these need to be burned in a glass container. Ever since I popped it in an inexpensive glass cylinder I found on Amazon it has performed very well. There have been a couple of times that it looked like the flame was getting really small and might go out, but this was temporary.My only consideration now is that the 7 day candles might be more economical.

I waited the 14 days to review so we could see if it really did burn for 14 days and it absolutely does! These candles are safe, look beautiful, and burn for 14 days and then some (I probably could've let it burn for one more day but went ahead and changed it out to be safe). We will definitely be ordering again and again! Now if I can just find a cool craft to reuse the old containers once we're done with them....3-year updateWe've used these candles consistently for the past 3-years and have no complaint. Sometimes the plastic will melt a bit on top but that's it, no big deal. No complaints! They arrive on time, are a consistent product, burn great, last as long as they say they will, have never tipped or caused a mess (other than a user mishap). Will continue to order.

I did not read the details closely and was surprised to learn that the candles are in a sturdy plastic holder. MUST be placed in a Sanctuary Candle Holder or some form of glass vase/holder for safety. Moreover, highly recommend that the candle NOT be moved once lite to preserve an even burn over the course of the fourteen (14) days.

These paraffin candles burn faster than they should, so they don’t last—some of mine lasted only 7 days! And they don’t burn in a level fashion, either. They hollow out a central core of the candle perhaps half its diameter, so the flame sheds its light through a thick wall of paraffin and therefore doesn’t give a lot of illumination. A useless product. Don’t buy it.

They burn perfectly and last as long, if not longer!
