Good little small unit that does the job
This unit is a very small programmable drip irrigation pump system. It is battery operated and very easy to program. Both days and minutes can be programmed. I clipped the unit to a water pitcher and ran the silicon flexible hose to my orchids. The provided hose is very flexible and is similar to the black 1/4” hose used in standard drip irrigation systems. The pump is not powerful so it can’t water too many plants but if you need a small system that is portable for vacation relief or are just plain lazy then this is an ideal unit. I would think that putting it indoors is more preferable. I will move this unit indoors and get some indoor plants. It is a lot less messy using this than hand watering indoors plus since it’s programmable you can tailor the schedule to not over or under water your plants. Charging the battery takes a while but it lasts a long time.

Gets the job done!
The media could not be loaded. I got this product because I have a couple indoor plants, the best part about this is that it doesn’t need power. You only need to charge it and it will be good for a while. The couple plants that I have don’t require very much water so the battery should last longer keep in mind if you’re trying to water more thirsty plants, this might kill the battery faster, but in my case it works great.I didn’t even really need to read the instructions because it’s pretty self-explanatory how many times a day and how many seconds? 👌🏻👍🏻my only beef with this product is with the black tube is hard to connect to the Y adapters. But other then that works fine.

Junk.
I purchased two of these with the hopes of keeping some seedlings alive while I went on a week-long vacation. My boyfriend and I spent hours the night before we left measuring and cutting the tubing so that they would cover all plants. We were pretty proud of ourselves! We arranged it so that it would draw from a 3 gallon reservoir tote. The way these are made, it uses very little water and this should’ve been plenty of water for a small, drip-watering system to last a week. When we woke up the next morning, which was only about five or less hours due to early flight, the entire 3 gallons of water had been drawn from and leaked all over the floor. It was a horrible mess. If I could give this product negative stars, I would. It is very cheaply made, and does not work. Buy at your own risk for water damage!

Easy simple effective houseplant watering for vacations...
It serves its purpose for an easy simple effective automated houseplant watering system for vacations... or just laziness. You easily set the frequency between waterings(multple daily to several days between), and the duration of watering(seconds to minutes) by clicking those two buttons to cycle through the options. Every month or so I charge it up with the USB cord provided, but it has never run out of battery between recharges. You need to cut the plastic tubes with scissors to the lengths you desire, but there is only enough tube length to barely link all the plants in the space of a bathtub. Any further apart and you will need additionally purchased tube length.

Cannot get wet!
Bought this for my hanging pots on my covered patio. I've been thru 3 of them (1 didn't work at all, other 2 got a splash and quit). Works great until they get wet

Foolproof watering system for keeping plants alive!
This product now ranks in my top essential tools for everyday life list, and while I did receive it for product review, I will definitely replace it out of pocket when it eventually breaks! It’s now keeping the pepper plant that I am babysitting alive, and I don’t need to worry about forgetting to water it.(If you look at the picture, you can see that it wasn’t doing too well until I installed this device, lol!)I was expecting to have to provide it with a pressurized water source and some kind of power supply, but instead, all it needed was a bottle of water. With its own battery and a pump rather than a solonoid valve, it is extremely flexible and easy to use.The only downside is that you do have to provide it with a reservoir and charge the battery occasionally, so it’s not completely hands free. Also, because there’s no valve, the reservoir does need to be positioned below the end of the water line, or it will all flow out.

System works well
Clip snapped right off first time I tried to use it. Let's make it metallic?
