I recently installed this chandelier in my dining room, and it has completely transformed the space. This chandelier is beautiful, and everyone who sees it oohs and ahs over it. I hired someone to install it, so I cannot comment on installation. I will say that it was very frustrating when I assembled it. I had to pace myself, working on it over a period of days, because my fingers would get sore trying to put the crystals on the wire hooks, and I would get so mad I had to walk away. It was all worth it, though, and I would do it again.

As others have mentioned-but here is more detail as to why. The base fixture uses a large- around 12-14 inches X shaped "hanger" with two slots for screwing into ceiling on each arm. It DOES NOT screw into the ceiling wiring light receptacle like most are used to for light fixtures in USA. Make sure you fit and tighten the spacing of the four screws (one on each arm) that drop down from the arms prior to installing the hanger as really hard to adjust after putting the hanger up. I have 24" spacing on joists in ceiling so I ended up sliding some cut pcs of 3/8 plywood into the space above so I had something to screw into and support vs just plasterboard. This unit is heavy-even the base fixture. Takes another person to help hold the base up (unless your a really really fit person who can hold and balance a 20 inch base fixture @ 15 pounds with an outstretched arm with one hand while connecting the wiring and lining up the four drop drown screws and getting them locked in with the other. I also ending up splicing about 8" of add on wiring to the 20 gauge wiring it comes with, as the reach on live and neutral (installed in a control module close to the outer edge) would barely reach the receptacle/wiring that i centered the fixture on as a replacement for a hall light. If you have high ceilings like me, you will need a way to have TWO folks at the right height to install. Quality of light fixture seems great. A LOT of heavy crystal and the LED's really put out light.

Terrible experience! No consideration was given how a person would install this light. Ceiling bracket and screws insufficient for light this heavy. No way to hold light base in place while wiring, wires in light are too short and connecting clip not strong enough to hold wires. Light is installed and looks as advertised but will never buy this brand again.

Very good and beautiful color the material is unique, and for the price it is great I recommend it

Putting it up was a little difficult but definitely worth it. It’s the first thing you notice when you walk in the room.
