Chef Craft Select Stainless Steel Chop Knife 3 inch blade 7 inches in length, Wood Handle

I wanted this to finely chop small herbs like chives and stuff, and this knife works great! I find it much easier to use this over those giant chef knives because I am not cooking for a large amount of people, I am only making small portions for myself haha.

Tiny, but useful. Sharp and lightweight.

This mini cleaver is as it states MINI. That being said it’s perfect for cutting limes or doing small tasks like that of a paring knife. Overall for the cheap price it’s worth it to keep as a bar knife for cutting limes and garnishes, it can be used as well if your not confident using bigger kitchen knives but just keep in mind what it’s designed for.

I love this little axe, don’t let it size full you, is really sharp and functional.

It's ok, we use it a decent amount but it is not great quality. There are better quality knives the same size for a few dollars more.
