I am so glad I bought this. It is amazing and it works! I deal with IBS. I researched all kinds of products to help. This helps with the awful bloating I have everyday. I mix it in my coffee in the morning then in green tea in the evening. Could not be happier with the results. It works for me.

This powder has a mild taste but it’s not unpleasant, I mix it into my coffee and I can’t even taste it in there :)

I love the taste of this stuff, honestly. It adds such an earthy, deep, rich flavor to coffee and cacao drinks. I also like to mix this (or any mushroom) powder into homemade salad dressings, stir-fry sauces, pasta sauce, soup, anything liquid to get more nutrients plus a delicious umami flavor added.

Unfortunately, the brand I used is no longer available. So I tried this Chaga from a brand I was familiar with.. I can’t say that I had the same benefits with this one. I guess all Chaga are not the same. So unfortunately. I won’t be repurchasing.

I was getting sick once a week for 3-4 months. No exaggeration, it would last a few days but I would be SICK like with a cold. Multiple doctors found nothing wrong with me. I started adding this to my coffee everyday and I haven’t gotten sick since!

I often have trouble sleeping and this provides the energy I need to get through the day. I also give an extremely small amount to my children - occasionally.

Very potent, highly graded. Follow indications for measure.

It took me a while to get used to the shape of chaga. It's like sand. But now I like it. I brew it with herbal teas!
