I’ve noticed a difference in my recovery and daily energy since taking these. They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I like that it’s a clean supplement without a lot of extra ingredients. Definitely worth trying if you work out or just want better overall support. Perfect if you are trying to bulk!

I’m grateful to have these while healing my gut and keeping digestion as gentle as possible BUT let it be known, these taste AWFUL. There is a coated version and I highly recommend those over these uncoated ones.

This is a great supplement and good at doing what it needs to do but the pills are very large and they smell incredibly bad when opening the container, so bad in fact I stopped taking them and will look for something else. When you open the lid a thick puff of pill dust aggressively goes everywhere. It will get trapped in your nose and you will smell it until you wash it out. It smells like a cross between dog food and a dirty hamster cage. Like I said, the pills are large and you have to take 5 at a time. That dust that they shed is left in your mouth and yuck yuck yuck! You can taste it even after drinking a bunch of water. I’m sorry but this supplement is not recommended.

I found these work great for me to get the proper amount of protein my body had been lacking. Been take for over .2months and I can really feel the benefits. They are easy for me to take but they are kinda big so if you have a hard time swallowing them, you can always crush them up and blend them into a smoothie if needed
