Item arrived fast and packaged well.Capsules are flavorless. Easy to swallow.Didn't give me heartburn or any side effects.

I really liked these but being in a tub makes it a little hard to take if you're traveling as they take up too much room so I just decanted them into a zip loc bag. No adverse reactions and as I've got older I find I have less tolerance for certain supplements which can cause GI reactions but these were fine. It's impossible to say how effective these are but we're in peak cold and flu season and I'm fighting fit with nary and dribbley nose so take that how you will.

My husband is a fulltime, metro firefighter working lots of overtime. When he does come home, I have him take a dose of these and then give him another before he goes back to work. Not super effective but he hasn't gotten sick yet. That being said, with the new school year starting, we think our kid has brought something home. It's still in the very beginning stages of feeling a little icky in the morning and late at night, so my husband and I have been taking these every day now to try and keep sickness away, or hopefully keep it small as possible. No flavors we can taste, and we don't burp or have any aftertastes when we take these. Relatively small herbal supplement pills.

I work with the public, and I am exposed to lots of illnesses. That is why I always try to take something to build my immune system. For this reason, I wanted to try Pukka Herbs: Power Immune Organic Herbal Supplement.All that is needed of this supplement is two capsules daily, I think. (Please see below for an explanation.) These capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad after taste. They come in a cute cardboard canister, and, because of this, I was concerned about their freshness. However, they are sealed inside in a foil bag. In addition, the cardboard canister is recyclable. I like that!The ingredients in these capsules are non-GMO. The wholesome ingredients, echinacea, andrographis and one of the richest-known natural sources of vitamin C, acerola, are organic. I was not familiar with andrographis, so I did some research. Andrographis is a plant, and it has been used in Eastern medicine for centuries. It is considered an antiviral. It even relieves cold and flu symptoms.The only problem here is that there is a discrepancy in the number of capsules to be taken daily. That is sort of a big problem. The website says to take two capsules a day. Then, in the directions listed online, it says to take two capsules twice a day, or a total of four capsules. However, the directions on the canister say to take two capsules a day. This makes me feel a bit uneasy.

I have been taking this for a week now, at 4 caps a day. I'm skipping one week and then taking the rest of this. These are easy to swallow and did not give an upset tummy. It is always hard to review supplements because you don't have any real tangible proof of it working. You can't show photos of how well it is working because you can't really see. I do my part of taking the supplement religiously and all I can do is hope it is working "behind the scenes". All I can say is these pills were easy to swallow since they are vegan caplet style, and they don't have any strong, unpleasant odor.I'm a huge fan of Pukka teas so when I saw them come out with these supplements, I had to try. I love the eco conscious packaging (minus the silver foil baggie). All medicine/supplement companies should package their products this way!This product is vegan, if that is important to you.

Looking forward to the long term benefits from this supplement! It comes in a difference type of packaging than your usual screw top bottle. It comes in a cardboard type bottle where one end just slides off the other. The supplements are inside and are bagged in a foil baggie. My only concern with this type of packaging is that the supplements would be susceptible to moisture in the air since the packaging is not airtight once opened. I figured this brand would have some quality ingridients considering their line of teas geared towards different health benefits. I didn't detect and scent or taste when I took the supplements and they went down well with water. So far so good!

I'm impressed with the packaging and only issue is I'd suggest they use a compostable insert bag with a silica pouch. It's only because I'm trying to lower waste and carbon footprint. I'm not a supplement person. I forage, create my own tinctures and buy ingredients ethically sourced. This however peaked my interest.I've enjoyed pukka teas over the years so I'll report back on how this supplement works.I was diagnosed with chronic Epstein barr and been living with mental and physical problems due to it. I deal with anxiety, weak immune, insomnia and fatigue. Tried so many products. Let's hope this helps!

I'm a huge fan of natural health, and we really upped our game when the pandemic started, taking all the stuff recommended by our doctor. It gets tiresome to take so many things several times a day, so I love when companies make supplements with multiple ingredients in one. Pukka made this one with not only Vitamin C and several forms of echinace, but a proprietary blend of herbs to enhance the effects. Even with many supplements a day, these didn't irritate my stomach, and I had zero negative effects. The capsules aren't enormous, so even though they're jampacked with goodness, they're easy to swallow. Also, I should mention that I'm a sucker for cute packaging AND the environment... not only is this packaging environmentally-friendly, but it's darn pretty!
