Reasonably priced very small tablets so they're easy to swallow. Vegan and I've no issues with them. I'm taking them daily.

I have been using Nutrition Geeks products for a while now to include their Vit D 1000 iu and 4000 iu. Both strengths are highly absorbed as confirmed by the blood tests.
