Purchased these to keep from fogging up with regular use in hospital setting. Does the trick since it’s not solid across the top, but still comfortable with the foam padding. Great they come with refill shields; easy to replace, but they don’t last long with regular use of hospital disinfectants- get fussy relatively quickly. I don’t use the flip up as I’ve had bad experiences with the sturdiness of the hinge with other brands that droop too low after a few flips and don’t want to take the chance, but these are comfortable without the flip so no great concern there. Would recommend.

I like that this is so lightweight and easy to use! I also love that it goes up and down so that when I need to put on my loupes I don’t have to take it off and put it back on.

I ended up buying a different face shield because I could not use the light on my loupes with this one. Other than that, it is nice for a cheap face shield.

I work in healthcare placing and removing needles in patients. So, it works great with keep the blood out of your face.

Previously I bought one of those face shields that has an open “eye glasses” set up. I don’t wear eye glasses but thought I might provide the best fit. This is much better!!!! I like that the headband can be loosened or tightened easily, and that it fits against the forehead. If you are looking for a total seal of the shield against your forehead, however, this one does not do it. But I really like the ability to move the shield up and down on its “hinge,” and for me that is more important than the fit fully against the forehead. This is also the best visor I have found. It attaches beautifully and securely and does not wrinkle or smudge like others.
