Gems look good! None of them are messed up and they are all mostly centered on the adhesive. They are linked together in strips by the adhesive, but you can cut them apart. They are nice and small. A whole strip sticks well to clean, dry skin, but I'm not sure how well they would stay if they were placed individually, since they're so small.

I ordered this face gem set for my 2 teens, as these seem to be popular for sports events, dances, homecoming, spirit days etc. There are several colors to choose from and mix and match for more creative decorating. These are also easy to use, just peel and stick, but you can also cut into individual gems or adjust to the size you need. They seem to stick pretty well, but I know they mentioned some of them fell off after a bit of time, especially after being outside. We are in TX, and it’s pretty hot and humid here, even in September, so that could be a factor too, but certainly not a deal breaker. We also used these to decorate and bling out some spirit items and homecoming ribbons/mums and they looked great! Given the large snout of gems and the various colors, this set was well worth the price and a great value.
