Pros: -really easy to assemble -looks: simple elegant and professional -budget friendly - has most of the features you would want from an office chair; adjustable height, headrest, flip up armrest, comfy cushion for your 🍑 Cons: - the angle of the back is adjustable to some degree, however it doesn’t have a high degree of adjustability and it won’t hold back ( some more expensive chair have a lever to adjust the angle of the back rest, and you can lock it at a certain angle) - I’ve experienced this for many office chair, perhaps it is just me, by the head rest for me is a slightly bit too back for me to rest my head comfortably. You can adjust the angle of the head rest but not the distance to put it slightly forward. ( I just bought one of those car headrest and attached it to the headrest of the chair ) All in all, if your on a budget and are looking for a reliable office chair, that is comfy and does the job for for this one.

The chair came in parts in one box, where all parts were securely stored and wrapped. Assembly is pretty easy, only thing to keep in mind is the different lengths of screws to use where Pros: - The chair itself is pretty comfortable - As a person with a larger than average body frame, there's plenty of room on both sides - The arm rests can fold up so you can move them out of the way should you wish to store the chair partially underneath your desk when not sitting on it - The headrest can be rotated to align against your body posture Cons: - The chair does wobble a bit on where the pole connects to the seating part (though it hasn't come off yet) - The headrest although you can rotate it, extending its height is limited. So if you are a taller person or your upper body is taller, this part may not of use to you - There are covers on the chair which hide elements like screws. As you move about on the chair and the chair itself is in frequent motion, these may come off over time. Easy to put back on, or if you don't mind the look just keep them off All in all, a chair that does the job, is comfortable for long periods of time and quite reasonably priced. However for the price don't expect a premium quality and finish, with all the bells and whistles

It is a really comfortable chair for hours of work at the desk, and I love the support to my back and neck, also the swingging function is a blessing! It was easy to assemble, and is a solid make. I've this chair for just under a year. I work from home full time so it's had a lot of use. It was easy to put together, and comfortable foe a full day's work. At the end of January I realised it was starting to tilt to one side, and when I eventually checked underneath, the metal based was cracked. I contacted the company asking if I could get a new base plate, not expecting much to be honest. I'd already picked out a new chair. This company went above and beyond! Not only did they agree to send me a new base plate, they sent me instructions to take the rest of the base apart. I couldn't get the rest of the base to come apart, despite trying a mallet and a hammer, only the wheels and the seat. I was worried they would only replace the broken part, but they said that it was understandable given it had been used for a year and sent me the full bottom part of the chair (base plate, pneumatic pole and feet) so I could replace it! I can't tell you how impressed I am with this customer service. Absolutely top notch!

Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Within just a few days of use, I began experiencing discomfort in my lower and mid-back. That discomfort has since developed into persistent pain, which now feels like it’s becoming a chronic issue. The root of the problem seems to be the chair’s back support, which leans slightly forward and fails to provide any proper lumbar support. Rather than encouraging a healthy sitting posture, it puts strain on the lower back and completely misaligns with the natural curve of the spine. I’m now left dealing with the pain and unsure how to reverse the damage. It’s disheartening, especially after putting so much thought into this purchase. I truly believe this chair does not meet the ergonomic needs it should, and I hope this feedback helps others avoid a similar experience.

Overall, the chair is a bargain for the price and provides a high level of comfort for anyone of-whom needs extra support for lower back pain. I personally had a minor piece of damage and had the head-rest broken in transit. However, the customer service was understanding and dealt with the problem brilliantly. I provided evidence to ensure that this was not just me being pedantic. It looks fantastic and it is quiet compared to previous chairs, but is not the quietist chair, but this is expected as it is plastic and metal therefore there will be noise. The chair is comfortable and does the job for the price.
