Secret weapon to take the sting out of chili
I hadn't used this before but a few ground peppercorns really do take the burn out of a chilli without losing any flavour. My husband was especially impressed as he's become rather intolerant of hot spices in later years but has really enjoyed dishes I've used this in to moderate the side effects of cayenne. Definitely a great addition to my spice rack

Not cheap
Tried for the first time . Not what I expected, I was expecting them to be hotter. Don't know why that was but they are really nice especially with scrambled eggs. Seller recommended.
