I was using the IT Cosmetics tube of Illuminate concealer but since the company was bought out by L’Oréal, it is no longer available, and the regular IT concealer has changed formula. This seems to happen every time a big international company buys out a cosmetic or hair product company. The quality always seems to go down. So I tried this Tarte Shape Tape Ultra Creamy and I like it a whole lot. I put a dab and spread it with a concealer brush. It dries quickly so you have to move fast. It does not settle in lines and it stays all day. I’m almost 64 and the concealer does not look cakey on me. It blends into the skin. I will purchase it again.
