Leaking bottle
Bottle was leaking inside the box. Seems like its an ongoing issue from what I see in other customers reviews. It isnt being fixed.

The bottle that had a leak.
This is a hair product and I was deliver a leaky bottle. NOT HAPPY. Also pump did not work.

Not thick, or heavily scented
I’ve only used this shampoo a couple of times, so I can’t justify the hair benefits. I normally use the OGX Coffee Caffeine, but decided to try this one. There’s barely any scent to this shampoo & it’s very light. Used a large, palm sized amount to cover my scalp & did notice some tingling. I’m not sure if I’d buy again.

I've used other caffeine shampoos that really stop losing hair and promote hair growth but this one doesn't help. I wasted my money.
