This was recommended to me by my friend. Her trainer started her on it and she told me how good it was for muscle recovery that she bounces back after heavy lifting days so much faster since starting this. I was not expecting it to help my GI issues with celiac but it has helped me so much! I have noticed a huge difference at the gym with my recovery time from very intense workouts also. It cut down on that big time. That has also helped with my strength since I’m not as sore I’m able to do more. It took a few weeks to really start to notice the changes of recovery , strength and endurance from taking this but right away I noticed how it was helping my gut health. It has anti inflammatory properties. This brand was also recommended by the trainer for their high quality products. Will definitely be ordering again and this is now part of my workout supplements.

One week in and I feel pretty good. I take a daily dose before my first meal along with a probiotic and I've noticed improvement with digestion and regular bowel movements. Very little to no taste. Dissolves well.
