Talk about a tasty supplement! Can’t lie the flavor makes these a little addicting and you’ll easily look forward to taking them daily or as needed. They are very soft and easy to chew, serving size is 2 gummies btw. I use them when my allergies get really bad in the winter to help give my immune systems a little boost. Vitamin c and zinc for defense, vitamin d for energy and to help fight winter depression (a little bit), and vitamin e for antioxidants.

Seems to be helping me thus far in the flu season. Taste good and great blend of immune support.

I travel a lot for work and take these during flu season, because people on planes. trains and Hotels are just plain gross. It could very well be a placebo, but I have not been sick in years. The last time Iwas sick, I was not taking these things. The flavor is not horrible. They are easy to take/chew and must help my immune system (if not, they could be a big scam) My one complaint is that if they can cram all the immune support viatamins into two tiny gummies, why can't they cram them into one just a little bigger Gummy? It may be in my head, but I really feel like these are a great way to keep from getting sick!

I gave these a try for something different - I usually get the Airborne citrus gummies. These have a different shape (button shaped) vs. the citrus one, but have the same gummy consistency. I found the elderberry flavor a little strange and strong, so probably won't be getting these again. But I did finish them. Not sure if it's a placebo effect, but I seem to get fewer colds when I regularly take Airborne, so I'll keep it up!
