Perfect little gadget that easily shapes your falafels. I use to use a couple of spoons which worked but never got that restaurant shape I was looking for. It even comes with a falafel recipe that is by far the best falafel recipe that I’ve ever made. Perfect device for my middle eastern snack.

Worth every penny. Just be aware, if you order the large one, and use baking powder, there is a chance it could look like a mini muffin :). It worked great, I had to serve 2 patties instead of 3. I would order the small one if you’re looking for the authentic falafel patties.

Seems well made and finished. Made the assembly of felafels very simple and consistent, also for meat balls. Easy to dismantle for cleaning.
